What to compare
- Level: introductory, intermediate or clinical/professional. Clinical training is a much bigger commitment.
- Format: self-paced online, live classes, or in-person with plant identification.
- Access: lifetime or time-limited.
- Cost and payment plans
- Certificate: a certificate of completion isn't a licence to practise. Rules for herbal practitioners differ by country.
- Safety content: does it cover herb–drug interactions and when to refer to a doctor?
